DG Allstars: Industrial Rap is still online
So, I just realized that I have no links going to the DG Allstars tracks anymore. This must be fixed. In case you are one of the 6 billion people that have no idea what the fuck the DG Allstars are, it's a loose collective that is responsible for various fantastic Industrial Rap covers of classic rap tracks. Sabotage - Originally by Beastie Boys. Jump Around - Originally by House of Pain. Insane in the Brain - Originally by Cypress Hill. Radio promo for Digital Gunfire web radio. All original songs are copyright of their creators or whoever the creators have sold the rights to. The Jump Around and Sabotage covers are copyright of krimmy and EvilCouch. The Insane in the Brain cover and the radio promo are copyright of kender and EvilCouch. And to be totally honest, both kender and krimmy put way more work into the song production than I did.

Fuhari is starting to heat up
The Twitter account for Fuhari is putting out bite-sized bits of fantasy. Want to get inside the mind of a warlock constable? Fuhari is just now, for the second time, discovering that he has powers beyond those of mere mortals. And the source of these powers will surprise him.

私は金棒が欲しいんです。
私は金棒が欲しいんです。 Watashiwa kanabouga hoshiin desu. I would like a metal club. (polite) 本当に本気だからね。 Hontoni honki dakara ne. I'm truly serious. Seriously. Oni are the coolest Japanese monster and their clubs are quite awesome. While many geeky Japanese-Americans want to sport a katana, I don't have nearly the same attraction. Screw a sword. I'm not the finesse type. A large, blunt weapon to bash my enemies with over and over is much more my style.

So, apparently I'm on Twitter, now.
Take this feed of crappy text and shove it in your eyeball. Then scan from left to right, up to down. Unless I'm writing in Japanese. http://twitter.com/EvilCouch I'm not sure why I felt the need to do this, nor why I feel the need to create a news post that no one's going to read. However, it's here, your mom's queer, get used to it.

Merse: In the Beginning
In 986YK, a clutch of experimental warforged was created for Breland. Imbued with psionic powers, they were trained to be shock troopers during the campaign to retake Drooam from the Daughters of Sora Kell. Forward-thinking, the trainers taught the squad the way of the fist. Knowing that the campaign was doomed to failure and hoping that the end of the war would be soon to follow, they reasoned that warforged that were skilled with its hands would be more valuable than ones that required weapons. Additionally, the benefits of being able to present a weapon-less warrior to the public would be a great boon when it came to painting the nation of Breland in a positive light. Surely, the people of the world would be able to see how great Breland was, that their warriors were so civilized that they didn't need to shed blood. Owing to this precept, they named the two team leaders Mercy and Grace. Placed under the command of the veteran warforged juggernaut Tower, they set out to drive the hags from Drooam. The very first mission left Grace disabled and inert on the battlefield. By the end of the first day of the Battle of Great Crag, Tower and Mercy were the sole survivors of their squad. While they were within a stone's throw of the hags' fortress, they were also horribly outmatched. Once the hags recovered from the sudden assault, their army enveloped the forces of Breland. Realizing their plight, Tower hurled Grace down the mountain, removing her from the battle at great speed. Tower was never seen from again and presumed destroyed. Left without leadership and barely functioning, Mercy spent the next year dragging herself to friendly lines.

Bad news for the internet! EvilCouch.com is online ... again.
I've lost track of version numbers. I'll call this one ECC Vista or ECC Turbo Hyperfighting Championship Edition Alpha Ex Omega What The Fuck Capcom. At any rate, my site is once again back up. Not that there was much of a down time associated with this change, nor is there anyone that actually cares about my swapping out my CMS. So, I'm essentially speaking to myself and feel more than welcome to ramble on about things that no one but myself cares about. Boo hyphen yah, fuckers.
